We live in North Port, FL, where Hurricane Ian just passed through and received about five hours of relentless winds and flooding. The AC300 with only one 3kw pack allowed us to live quite comfortably and kept our food in the refrigerator and chest freezer good. The solar panels were feeding the unit, but I just couldn't access the power, leaving me powerless in Pismo :( i reached out to Bluetti (Winnie, super helpful!), and we started the procedure to replace the unit. Pismo beach is on the central coast of ca. due to delays, mostly on my end dodging various & numerous rain storms, i finally received the replacement unit yesterday. I know 3 months later, but hey, we had delays with shipping, my being available to ship the original unit back, and so on. Not Bluetti fault. Now experiencing much happiness - powerful in Pismo :) yay.
